Data Collection & Use Within ELDR Properties

While using ELDR Properties, certain personal information may be requested, such as Your name and email address. This information is used to contact You and You may request that Your Personal Information be removed from our servers at any point.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using ELDR properties. “Usage Data” may include data such as Your device’s IP address, browser type, browser version, the ELDR pages that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other data.

• To provide and maintain ELDR Properties, including to monitor the usage of our ELDR Properties.

• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of ELDR Properties. 

• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through any ELDR Property.

• To contact You: To contact You by email or telephone calls.

• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to ELDR.

We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your Personal Information is governed by their Privacy Policy. 

Children's Privacy

ELDR properties and services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Information, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

ELDR Properties may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. ELDR has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Retention Periods

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active and for a period of time thereafter to allow you to re-activate your account without loss of information. We will also retain your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our contracts.

If you are a California resident, California law requires us to provide you with some additional information regarding your rights with respect to your “personal information” (as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)).

Your California Privacy Rights

We also will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to a request, which may include, at a minimum, depending on the sensitivity of the information you are requesting and the type of request you are making, verifying your name, email address, and other account information.  You are also permitted to designate an authorized agent to submit certain requests on your behalf. In order for an authorized agent to be verified, you must provide the authorized agent with signed, written permission to make such requests or a power of attorney. California residents may opt out of the “sale” of their Personal Information.  ELDR Education does not “sell” your Personal Information as we understand that term to be defined by the CCPA and its implementing regulations.

At your request, ELDR Education will delete and/or de-identify your Personal Information, and any Personal Information shared with third party service providers and generate a file with all of your data and any data on third-party service providers. California “Shine the Light” Disclosure

The California “Shine the Light” law gives residents of California the right under certain circumstances to opt out of the sharing of certain categories of personal information (as defined in the Shine the Light law) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.  If you would like to opt out of such sharing, please email us at hello@youreldr.com to opt-out.
