For Employees & Their Families

Guide your employees and their families to a comprehensive, completed end-of-life plan through group or individual virtual learning.

According to AARP, more than 80% of employees with caregiving responsibilities said it affected their productivity.

When caregivers in your company receive proactive end-of-life planning support, they save months of time-consuming phone calls, research, administrative headaches, and emotional turmoil down the road.

A Compassionate, Effective Solution

Every employee experiences varying degrees of loss over their career, and successful organizations provide appropriate support in those challenging times.

With the current heightened awareness of bereavement and caregiving needs, there is an overlooked workforce opportunity extending beyond leave policies and employee relationships.

It's simply planning ahead.

By planning ahead and addressing the challenging decisions, documentation, and dynamics well in advance, it becomes possible to avoid significant distress.

Lack of preparation not only disrupts family life; it disrupts careers - in ways that can be foreseen and addressed with the right support.

Our end-of-life planning packages move your employees from confusion to action, engaging with comprehensive services and family dialogue sooner and more thoroughly.
