A Growing Community for End-of-Life Educators

ELDR is mobilizing the growing end-of-life workforce to simplify, organize, and lead an overdue culture change. Will you join us?

Who can be an ELDR?

ELDRs are experienced, professional end-of-life educators who meet the following qualifications:

  • End-of-life training from a recognized institution/organization

  • Minimum of 3,000 hours as a professional listener. (Examples: teacher, social worker, mind-body practitioner, financial advisor, etc. 20 hours/week of a professional function equates to roughly 1000 hours of experience per year.)

  • Additional licenses, certifications, and accreditations as applicable

At ELDR we are committed to making a career in end-of-life education possible.
